Submissions, sealed in an envelope, clearly marked with the return address label (Form 1, attached), will be received by the undersigned or his/her designated representative, at the Municipal Office, 217 Harper Road, Perth, Ontario, until 1:00 p.m., local time, as determined by the clock located on the computer in the reception area of the Municipal Office, on Thursday, August 16th, 2018. Submissions received after closing time will not be considered.


All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
