Submissions, sealed in an envelope, with three (3) hard copies along with a digital copy in a pdf format, clearly marked with the return address label (Form 1, attached), will be received by the Clerk or her designated representative, at the Municipal Office, 217 Harper Road, Perth, Ontario, until 1:00 p.m., local time, as determined by the clock located on the computer in the reception area of the Municipal Office, on Thursday, April 27th, 2017 for the Legacy Cottage plaques. Submissions received

after closing time will not be considered.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice.
