Description

The Township requires the services of a Company to prepare a new Development Charges Study and By-Law for the next five year period in accordance with the provisions of the Development Charges Act, S.O. 1997, c.17, as amended, including the recent amendments as a result of Bill 108, More Homes, More Choices Act, 2019.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
