The intent of this document is to provide information regarding the scope of the project for the selected Contractor for the HVAC upgrades, located at Dorion Public School, 175 Dorion Loop Road, R.R. 1, Dorion, ON P0T 1K0. Optinal Bidders teleconferecne August 16, 2023 @ 2:30pm local time

The following is an outline of scope of work on this project. Refer to drawings for further details.

Demolition and installation of mechanical and electrical work of the existing facility
Examine the site of the project. Investigate the complete extent of work which is indicated in the contract documents. No allowance will be made for any error or negligence to fully understand the work and conditions. The contractor is to notify the Consultant immediately should discrepancies be encountered.
Examine work of other sections before commencing work of any section. Commencement of new work shall imply acceptance of work by other sections upon which the new work depends.
Verify dimensions of work prepared by other sections before fabrication of new work.
