Event Note

12.1. Proponent’s attendance is optional.
12.2. Attendance must be confirmed to Daniel Caron the day before by email.
12.3. Purpose is to provide Proponents an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Work
and with existing conditions, and with an idea of the conditions which will be occurring
simultaneously at the time of the work. SUEZ Canada Waste Services Inc.’s
representative(s) will be present.
12.4. Site access is restricted. This will be Proponents' only opportunity to inspect the site.
12.5. SUEZ Canada Waste Services will provide the necessary PPE for site visit.
12.8. Pandemic special instructions:
12.8.1. When possible, only one representative per group to attend the onsite meetings
12.8.2. Health assessment must be completed day of visit upon arrival
12.8.3. Tour groups will be limited to 5 at one time

Additional Bidding Instructions

Criterion 1: Proponent shall submit a work schedule outlining the specific phases including but without limitation on the following: Procurement - Delivery of material – Installation – Comissioning – Training.
Criterion 2: Appendix 1 supplier information, proponent are to provide a separate document detailing answers to the questions listed therein.
Criterion 3: Proponent shall submit the Form of Pricing provided in Appendix 5.
Criterion 4: Proponents shall fill the provided Appendix 2 Safety Program.
Criterion 5: Proponents shall submit at least 2 references.
Criterion 6: Proponents shall submit the Sample Complete Drawing package which includes Equipment layouts, cable schedules, power supply, specifications, bill of material included in the upgrade and indicate the battery limit.
Criterion 7: Proponents shall submit information about the formal quality program in place, sample of inspection check sheet, FAT of the major components and the installation verification process.
Criterion 8: Proponent shall submit sample documentation of the proposed video system that can record the camera system for 48 hours.
Criterion 9: Proponents shall describe the Warranty information for the upgraded material and labor
Criterion 10: Proponents shall describe the service and maintenance included in the post upgrade serivce agreement up to December 31, 2025.
