Description

This RFP is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance and services required for the College’s three (3) campuses. Awards will be given to the highest rated proponent for each campus.

The College may award up to three (3) Agreements to up to three (3) Proponents, for all Services at all locations.

The Term of the Agreement is shall to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favor of the College to extend the Term of the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional periods of up to one (1) year each.

St. Lawrence College is seeking providers who can provide a “full service and maintenance” Air Handlers and a maintenance – service contracts for the Unitary systems as described in the deliverables.
