20-RFT-0133-00C - Parking Lot Reconstruction, Cornwall Campus

The Cornwall Campus has three main parking lots surrounding the buildings, and parking lot P1 is in front of the building known as Moulinette Hall. The lot has been subject to ponding which has created freeze-up issues and concerns and is in need of regrading and repaving. To accommodate drainage, a storm catch basin will also be included to collect a runoff area on the east end of the lot. During the course of the work, the parking lot will be closed to traffic to avoid interference and allow the work to proceed in a timely manner. Work must be carried out in accordance with Municipal Noise Bylaws relating to Construction Operations.
The project cannot commence until the end of the School Semester, but should start as early as possible in May and continue interrupted until completion, no later than August 1, 2020.
