Description

The project will include the removal and replacement of the roof system, mechanical roof-top units, exterior cladding, and replacement of the same. The project also includes an addition for an elevator on the exterior of the building. There will be windows added in the exterior wall, for a future interior renovation and the roof structure will be reinforced as part of this work (from the interior) to accommodate possible future solar panels (N.I.C.)
