Description

The Cornwall Campus of St. Lawrence College has two main buildings being Moulinette Hall and Aultsville Hall. This project involves renovating existing library space in Aultsville Hall. The project will also involve the expansion of the floor area into adjacent areas, to incorporate additional space for quiet and group study. Outside of this project, there will also be new furniture and IT upgrades to complete the enhancements and student experience. It is expected that afterhours work will be needed to meet the tight timeframe for completion. There is also work that will be required to be completed after hours and proponents will need to consider this when quote and when deciding if they wish to submit a proposal.
