Description

St. Lawrence College is seeking to engage a service provider that can assist with the preparation, delivery, analysis, and communication of a confidentially hosted employee survey, and to ensure employee confidence in the confidentiality and transparency of the employee survey process.

In addition, the College may wish to engage in subsequent pulse surveys following the main engagement survey.

The objectives of this employee engagement survey will result in identifying employee engagement levers that will inform the college’s progress towards our Vision, Mission, Strategic Direction and Values.
