24-RFI-0284-00T - Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting Solution

This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by St. Lawrence College for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. This RFI will also serve to allow prospective vendors to become better acquainted with the College and its current state, prior to the issuance of our RFP for these services. Currently, St. Lawrence College is reviewing our financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting environment. The College currently operates in multiple physical locations and supports over 100 academic programs organized in several schools. Student enrolment is a key driver of operational and financial decisions, and we are seeking a budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solution that will allow us to correlate enrolment and other operational drivers with detailed revenue streams and resource requirements, including academic, support and administrative human capital and physical capital investments. The solution should also enable analysis for decision making. St. Lawrence College has developed the preliminary scope and technical requirements for a budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solution to address our needs.
