Description

It is the intention of St. Lawrence College to establish a working partnership to satisfy the procurement needs of Assistive Technology for students. This awarded contract will enable the College to purchase on an “as needed” basis. Proponents are encouraged to submit proposals to service either a single campus or all three (3) collectively. The Successful Proponent must be able to have a system available for a go live date of September 2022.
The College is seeking to streamline the ordering cycle for Assistive Technology from inquiry to delivery including after sales service and technical support to address the needs of the St. Lawrence College student. The key areas to be addressed are as follows:

Estimate/Quoting process
Online ordering system
Payment Options (i.e. credit card, student invoice, monthly invoice etc.)
Customer Service
Warranty and Repair process

While most devices required will fall within the provided material equipment list, we are also seeking alternate suppliers of specialized adaptive equipment and technology not available for purchase through a retail environment covered under this contract. Examples of this include digital stethoscopes for hearing impaired students, braille embosser, ergonomic equipment and computerized notetaking services. Successful suppliers will be contacted for a quote on an as needed basis. Please refer to Appendix - Submission Instructions on how to upload your items and supporting documentation.
