Description

The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents for the removal of existing flooring and the supply and installation of new flooring for the Alumni Skyline Ballroom (Q2028), the East Elevator Lobby (Q2217), the Pre-function Lobby (Q2202), and the Washroom Corridor (Q2204) at the St. Clair College Centre for the Arts, located at 201 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, Ontario, N9A 6S4. The space is available to commence work beginning on January 2, 2025. The new flooring must be installed, all work must be completed, and the space must be clean and ready to use, by no later than January 22, 2025.

Event Note

The Purchaser has scheduled a mandatory site meeting. It is mandatory that the Proponent or a representative of the Proponent attend the site meeting. The visit will commence at 11:00AM EST on September 6, 2024, near the Security Desk of the St. Clair College Centre for the Arts, located at 201 Riverside Dr. West, Windsor, Ontario N9A 5K4. See Appendix D: Site Meeting Map for additional information. Attendance will be taken prior to the start of the mandatory site meeting. Proponents will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Proposals will only be accepted from Proponents who have been documented as attending the mandatory site meeting. Proposals submitted by Proponents who did not attend the mandatory site meeting will be disqualified from the RFP process.

The Purchaser will allow a “grace period” of ten (10) minutes after 11:00AM EST where Proponents are allowed to arrive and participate in the mandatory site meeting. Proponents who arrive during the designated grace period will be required to sign an attendance sheet and will be permitted to participate in the remainder of the mandatory site meeting; however, any information relating to the RFP that is disclosed during the “grace period” will not be repeated. Proponents arriving after the designated grace period will not be allowed to stay for the remainder of the site meeting and will be disqualified from the RFP process.

Proponents must communicate the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend the mandatory site meeting.
