Description

The Township will be sampling and testing the gradation of the material delivered on the road
to ensure compliance. Samples will be taken randomly from the granular material spread on
the road and prior to any shaping operation.
The Township will not pay for material that does not comply with the specifications.
Completion of Contract
The Contractor shall complete the work of this Contract, during Monday to Friday, by June
24, 2022. Failure to complete all work will result in a penalty of $500/calendar day.

Submissions will be received by 1100 am local time on February 22, 2022, at the Township of
South Glengarry offices, 6 Oak Street, Lancaster Ontario, which time and date, shall be
deemed to be the date of closing.
Respondents are required to submit one (1) copy of their submission, including the original, in
a sealed envelope. Faxed or e-mailed submissions will not be accepted.
Respondents are required to provide the following information on their sealed submission
envelope:
