Contractors to provide completed reference forms listing a minimum of three projects with similar complexity and scope.
Bidders shall provide a WSIB, Workplace Injury Summary Report certificate indicating injury statistics for the last five years. References and Health and Safety Program details will be requested.

This project is being proposed in a student residence community with 88 washrooms spread across 26 blocks of three levels each. Each Washroom has two shower cubicles enclosed in tiled masonry walls and divided by marble partitions. The work involves proposal and supply of privacy doors and all accessories required to meet site-specific needs of the spaces and existing installations.
Form of agreement shall be the CCDC2 -2020 edition complete with Owner Supplementary Conditions.
All work to be substantially completed by August 01, 2025
