This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Ornge to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Voice Recording System, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
Ornge, currently has a Voice Recording System that is approaching end of life for support in December 2023 and is seeking Voice Recording System that supports both on-prem and cloud technology. Our vision is to transform our voice-recording platform to introduce feature rich technology to the end users.
The system must be user friendly, easy to navigate, have quality assurance capabilities, with an ability to provide a wide range of reporting options for users and administrators.
Ornge is an aviation company and a mobile base hospital healthcare organization, regulated Federally and Provincially in Ontario. Ornge provides air and land ambulance services under an agreement with the Ontario Ministry of Health. Additional information about Ornge is available at: www.ornge.ca
