This NRFP is intended to solicit Proposals for Trade recording for MS Teams as outlined in this document (the “Project”). Proposals are expected to address the following components:

Software solution to replace the current NICE NTR 6.7 recording system to enable voice, video and chat recording for MS Teams
Professional services to support AIMCo resources to implement the proposed solution on-premise at AIMCo or in the AIMCo cloud
Licensing and ongoing maintenance and support services
