(“CNL”) invites organizations with appropriate technical capability, capacity, financial resources, management skills, and end-use interest to submit an expression of interest to enable CNL to better understand the market interest in exploring potential commercialization opportunities related to the following reactor intellectual property (IP): The SLOWPOKE reactor family -AND-The Nuclear Battery. Further explained in the attached RFEOI.

Event Note

An optional workshop and site tour to provide additional detail related to the above noted IP as well as demonstrate CNLs technical capabilities and siting process for interested proponents is scheduled for [February 19, 2025]. Attendees are to meet in [Building 700, Chalk River Laboratories] at least 10 minutes before the workshop and site tour. Attendees must wear [CSA safety rated boots, reflective vests and hard hats]. All attendees must sign an NDA prior to entering the site and meet CNL security requirements. If you complete the Notice of Intent to Participate you will be forwarded the RFEOI Site Tour NDA to be completed and returned no later than [Wednesday, February 12, 2025].
