Description

The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to provide the supply and delivery of food products to the following campuses:

Main Campus - 2000 Talbot Road, Windsor, ON N9A 6S4
Chatham Campus - 1001 Grand Avenue West, Chatham, ON N7M 5W4
St. Clair College Centre for the Arts - 201 Riverside Drive, Windsor, ON N9A 5K4

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) listing and enter into Agreements with multiple Preferred Proponents. Preferred Proponents shall include, but may not be limited to, companies that produce and distribute their own product line of goods and services and distributors that have exclusive rights to specific food items and/or unique products. Proponents are invited to submit pricing for one or multiple categories of products.

The Purchaser intends to qualify up to six (6) Preferred Proponents; however, the Purchaser, at its sole discretion, may increase or decrease this number based on the number of qualified submissions.

No Agreement with a Preferred Proponent shall be an exclusive contract with the Purchaser for the supply and delivery of food and food products. The Purchaser may purchase products outlined in this RFP from other Preferred Proponents as needed throughout the term of the Agreement.

The Purchaser makes no commitment to contract with each of the Preferred Proponents during the term of the Agreement.
