The University of Calgary is seeking Proposals for qualified Proponents to supply, install, configure, and support a comprehensive cloud-based Software As A Service Social Media Management System that centralizes our capability to listen, publish, and report on the University's activities on social media. The key functionality should include:

Social Media Listening
Communication and Automation
Scheduling and Publishing
Analytics and Reporting
Security and Accountability
Emergency Functions
Employee Advocacy
Social Ads
Integration
Support and Training

Social Media Listening and Scheduling and Publishing functionality is a mandatory requirement. If the proposed solution meets this requirement either out-of-the-box, with configuration or third-party integration, then this mandatory requirement will be considered met.
