VIA Rail requires graphic design services on an as-needed basis. VIA intends to prequalify suppliers for its needs.

Tenderer must be able to provide services in in English and in French.

Experience

Tenderer must have a minimum of trois (3) years of experience in the field of graphic design.

Response Time for fast track Request

The Tenderer must have a minimum of response time of one (1) business day following a fast track requests, request.

Scope compliance

The Tenderer must be able to provide all the services described in Part B-Appendix A.
