▪ Installation of new pre-ordered domestic and high flow pumps at the townsite pumphouse and installation of a new pre-ordered high flow pump at the water treatment plant. The Nation paid a 50% of the pumps purchase price to pre-order and the Contractor to pay the remaining 50% of the purchase price and carry over the pumps’ ownership through a Novation Agreement as part of this Contract and Bid Price.
▪ Supply and installation of all associated process piping and equipment, HVAC, Plumbing, Instrumentation, Electrical, and Programming components within the townsite pumphouse and the water treatment plant.
▪ Supply and Installation of townsite pumphouse fill station including all associated process piping, instrumentation, electrical, programming, equipment, etc.
▪ Supply and complete the general civil site work at the townsite pumphouse location as shown on the drawings.
▪ Supply and Installation of building envelope upgrades to the townsite pumphouse.
▪ Commissioning of the installed pumps, panels, and equipment within the townsite pumphouse and
Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
▪ Supply and Installation of a heated concrete pad for the townsite fill station and all associated
equipment as shown on the drawings (Optional Item)
▪ Supply and Installation of a bottle fill station building including the Flowpoint equipment, process
piping, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, programming components within the new building as shown on the drawings (Optional Item)
