Description

The Government of Manitoba is seeking qualified SDO or service providers to address current back-logs in surgical and echocardiography through a Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) process for, but not limited to; the following services:

1. 1. Echocardiography
  2. Paediatric Dental
  3. Paediatric EN
  4. Paediatric General Surgery
  5. Cataracts
  6. Outpatient spine procedures
  7. Adult ENT
  8. Adult General Surgery

Manitoba is inviting SDO and other service providers which henceforth shall be called “Bidder”, to submit proposals for Supply Arrangements. This procurement will follow a one phase submission process. The selected Bidders shall be required to prequalify by:

Demonstrating their capacity and capabilities

Demonstrating their Patient-Centred Care
Demonstrating Patient Safety and Risk Management
Demonstrating compliance to critical legislation and clinical standards
Providing proof of registration in good standing with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Manitoba

Manitoba may at its sole discretion consider additional intake processes. If Manitoba decides on further intake process, the intake will be advertised on Merx between the following dates:

September 1, 2020 to September 15, 2020

October 1, 2020 to October 16, 2020

Manitoba intends to authorize multiple Bidders as a result of this Request for Supply Arrangement process for a period up to March 31, 2021 from the date of issuance. Subject to continued requirements by Manitoba, Manitoba reserves the right to extend the services for an additional one year optional extension. Manitoba shall limit the Supply Arrangement to list only qualified Bidders.
