Meeting location: GTAA, details in the RFP package.
Parking instructions: Attendees may park their vehicles within the visitors parking lot.
Meeting time: The site visit begins at 10 am on February 19th, 2025. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time.
Duration: The on-site tour will take approximately four hours.
The Offeror shall confirm attendance by 3.00 PM, February 17th , 2025, to the Sourcing Specialist and advise the number of attendees {limited to a maximum of 3 individuals per Offeror} name, and the email address of the attendees.
It is recommended that the Proponent attend the Briefing.
