Description

VIA Rail Canada is looking for a solution to replace its Recording System for Radio Conversations in multiple location
across Canada (Stations and Maintenance Centers), specific to its radiocommunication needs for passenger rail
transportation in compliance with current regulations. The new recording solution is required for VIA`s radio
equipment and must be able to support the current and future equipment and technologies. The current solution has
reached end-of-life and end-of-support status with the manufacturer.

In order to submit a tender, the Tenderer must be able to comply with the following mandatory criteria:
1) Official Languages
Proponent must be able to provide services in both Canada`s official languages (English and French)
2) Training and documentation Languages
Proponent must be able to coordinate training and documentation in both Canada`s official languages (English and French)
3) Team Lead experience
The team lead in charge must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in recording solution implementation
4) Data Location
