Mandatory Site Visit. The purpose of the Mandatory Job Walk is to tour the proposed job site. ONLY the General Contractors on the QCH Category "B" Vendor of Record list and their invited sub-contractors as well as QCH Assigned Sub-Contractors as listed in Section 01 21 00 "Allowances" are eligible to participate.

If any prospective sub-contractors wish to be invited, please reach out to the Vendors of Record listed in section 00 01 06 "List of Pre-Qualified 'Category B' Bidders." It falls to the discretion of the Vendors of Record to invite and contract sub-trades.
