Proponents become registered through MERX or by contacting the Executive Assistant by email at cdo@watsonlake.ca. Registration will ensure that you receive any addenda that may be issued
Proposals must be submitted in a password protected format by email to cdo@watsonlake.ca. Upon closing an email will be sent requesting the password. Proposals must be emailed, submitted, and finalized before 3:00:00 P.M. Yukon Time, February 26, 2025. Proposals received after this time will not be considered regardless of the reason for being late. Proposals received by fax, paper delivery or any other method other than what is described above, will not be accepted or considered further for evaluation and will be returned to the Proponent, respectively, upon receipt.
