The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a qualified service provider to deliver comprehensive outplacement services for Infrastructure Ontario (“IO”). The objective is to:

Provide effective and compassionate support for individuals undergoing a career transition following the termination of their employment with IO.
Equip these individuals with the skills and resources needed to transition smoothly into their next career opportunity, whether in a new job, a different career path, or retirement.
