Description

This RFP is issued by Colliers Project Leaders Inc. acting on behalf of Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation (the “Client”). The Client is seeking to retain an Architectural Prime Consulting
firm in providing Architectural and Engineering Services relating to the design and construction of the Nawash FN Multi-Use Building.

Proposal Submissions should be electronic only via email as detailed in the RFP. The “Contact Person” for this RFP is:

Proposals shall be submitted as two (2) separate files in one (1) email to the Contact Person. The e-mail shall contain two (2) PDF attachments of the Proposal and the body of the e-mail shall clearly indicate the name, email address, and phone number of the Proponent. The Financial Proposal must be password protected.

The email subject and attachments should be titled as follows:
a. Email: “CNUFN MUB – Design Consultant Services RFP Proposal Submission”
b. Attachment for Technical Proposal: “CNUFN MUB – Design Consultant RFP - TECHNICAL PROPOSAL”
c. Attachment Financial Proposal: “CNUFN MUB – Design Consultant RFP - FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” (password protected)
