Marine Atlantic Inc. (“MAI”) invites offers from Suppliers for the Purchase of One (1) 15-18 Passenger Bus. Marine Atlantic Inc. (“MAI”) is seeking a supplier to provide one (1) 15-18 passenger bus as per the specifications identified in the RFQ between April 18th, 2025 and April 30th, 2025.

Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept quotations in whole or in part. The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
The closing for receipt of quotations will be 14:00 pm Atlantic Time, March 12, 2025.

All documents related to the above noted procurement will only be available through the Merx electronic Bid Submission website. Quotations must be submitted by electronic means using the MERX EBS. This will be the only method of responses accepted for consideration. Quotations will not be considered if submitted by fax, email or other open forms of communication. Quotations must be received by the closing date and hour. Late Quotations will not be considered.

Marine Atlantique S.C.C. (« MAI ») invite les fournisseurs à présenter des offres l’achat d’un (1) autobus de 15 à 18 passagers. Marine Atlantique S.C.C. (« MAI ») est à la recherche d’un fournisseur pour fournir un (1) autobus de 15 à 18 passagers selon les spécifications indiquées dans la DDQ entre le 18 avril 2025 et le 30 avril 2025.

Marine Atlantique se réserve le droit d’accepter des offres en tout ou en partie. L’offre la plus basse ne sera pas nécessairement acceptée. La date limite de réception des devis est fixée au 12 mars 2025 à 14 h (heure de l’Atlantique).

Tous les documents relatifs à l’approvisionnement susmentionné ne seront disponibles que sur le site Web de soumission électronique des offres de Merx. Les offres doivent être soumises par l’entremise de la soumission électronique des offres de MERX. Il s’agit de la seule méthode de réponse acceptée. Les offres ne seront pas prises en considération si elles sont soumises par télécopie,
par courriel ou par d’autres formes ouvertes de communication. Les offres doivent être reçues avant la date et l’heure de clôture. Les offres reçues après ce délai ne seront pas prises en considération.
