RSCH013025 - Pouch/Coin Battery Pilot System

The intent of this proposal is to acquire a pouch/coin battery pilot production system as part of a CFI Infrastructure Grant and as such should include a CFI 20% in-kind discount. The pouch/coin battery pilot production system is designed for the efficient and scalable manufacturing of pouch and coin cell batteries. This system is purposed to build out test cells in the pouch or coin configuration for pilot scale testing. The pilot production system incorporates advanced features such as precision electrode coating, controlled drying, and precise cell assembly. It offers a flexible and customizable platform, allowing users to optimize battery designs, electrode configurations and compositions, and assembly processes. With its user-friendly interface and integrated safety measures, the pouch/coin battery pilot production system ensures reliable and reproducible results.
