Description

The Ontario Federation of Indigenous Friendship Centres (OFIFC) invites Consulting firms to submit proposals for an Organizational Review of OFIFC’s Structure including an assessment of recent effectiveness OFIFC’s Organizational Review in 2022. This proposal is to review the results and will include an in-depth analysis of the current organizational framework, focusing on Regional Model of Support and Research, Corporate, Departmental, and Individual responsibilities and workloads. A key component of the review will be an examination of the temporary Co-Executive Director structure, with recommendations provided for a sustainable path forward.
