The key components will encompass an analysis of staffing levels, station locations, equipment and apparatus requirements, response times, training programs, and financial budget assessments. Furthermore, the plan should incorporate municipal growth projections and community development trends to ensure that the North Grenville Fire Service is prepared and aligned with the strategic objectives of North Grenville.

Through this RFP, North Grenville seeks a consulting firm with expertise, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in fire service planning, producing a robust Fire Master Plan to guide NGFS’s mission of exemplary service to the community.
