Project Background
The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) is charged with regulating large, complex, and dynamic electricity and natural gas industries.
The OEB’s meeting rooms at its offices at 2300 Yonge Street support its in-person, virtual and hybrid meetings. Based on recent feedback about one of the OEB’s meeting rooms (Room 2803) and the anticipated future needs of this space, this procurement aims to upgrade the audio/video (AV) hardware in this room. The OEB’s goal is to ensure seamless integration of advanced AV technology and provide high-quality audio and video capabilities that support effective communication and collaboration between in-person and remote participants.
Purpose and Objectives
The purpose of this procurement is to upgrade the AV hardware in one of the OEB’s meeting rooms (Room 2803) to enhance the meeting experience. The OEB is seeking to source the marketplace and procure the required items listed in Section 2.3 of this RFT, from a Vendor.
Scope of Work and Requirements
The purpose of this tender is to source the marketplace and procure the hardware required to upgrade Room 2803 located on the 28th floor.
Vendors taking part in this RFT process must be able to provide all the items listed in Section 2.3 of this RFT.
The successful Vendor must be able to deliver all items on or before March 1, 2025, to the OEB’s office located at 2300 Yonge Street, 25th floor, Toronto Ontario M4P 1E4.
Participating vendors are required to indicate if they can provide all the parts and when the parts can be delivered in Appendix B - Form of Offer of this RFT.
