The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is looking to engage a vendor to:

• Perform a full system assessment of all Maximo environments, customizations, and integrations to determine feasibility of migrating to a Cloud solution.

Perform option analysis to determine the migration/upgrade approach, with SaaS solution being preferred by GTAA.

• Provide cost estimate (15%±) to bring Maximo to the Cloud for each option recommended.
