Description

The purpose of the project is to procure the services of a software development team to work with the Original Peoples Learning Centre (OPLC), Systems change staff to build a robust scalable learning management system (LMS) to support multiple online curricula that are offered simultaneously and are both facilitated and asynchronous with thousands of simultaneous learners

The learning management system will be expected to be completed for piloting with 100-200 learners for asynchronous facilitated training using discussion boards between February - March 2025, with continuing development to be completed between April – September 2025.
