Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the supply of Lenovo Nutanix Nodes

The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to supply Lenovo Nutanix Nodes. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.

The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the procurement documents including, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of Lenovo Nutanix Nodes and associated hardware and software for the Canadian Museum of History and the Canadian War Museum.

To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.

It is anticipated to provide the Deliverables and complete the work within 105 calendar days from notification of Contract Award. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bids on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.

Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
