FCC Marketing Team is seeking qualified service providers to fulfill two temporary (12 months) positions: Regional Marketing Manager and Executive Coordinator. These positions are integral to supporting our organization’s objectives and operations, ensuring continuity and efficiency during a transitional period.
This RFQ invites eligible firms, staffing agencies, and independent contractors with the appropriate expertise and experience to submit quotations for the provision of qualified candidates for these roles. The selected service provider will be responsible for sourcing and presenting candidates with the necessary skills, experience, and availability to meet our organization’s immediate needs. The successful candidates will contribute to the achievement of our business goals through their expertise in marketing and executive-level coordination, respectively.
Please note that FCC reserves the right to interview short-listed individual contractors, candidates of firms, or staffing agencies prior to making a final decision. This step is to ensure a good fit and alignment with the organization’s needs.
FCC follows a hybrid work model, requiring selected candidates to spend 60% of their time working in the office. While FCC prefers candidates based in the cities listed below, we may also consider candidates located in other cities or regions depending on their suitability for the roles and availability:
