Description

This RFP pertains to a new project that aims to advance women’s economic prosperity and support equitable leadership by developing a Women’s Leadership Accord and Equity Champion volunteer initiative. Presently we are seeking a contractor to develop an application process, training package (PowerPoint decks & facilitation guide), and 4-6 supporting resources for Equity Champion volunteers. Training will familiarize volunteers with the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion and equip them with skills to advocate for and support gender equity in a manner appropriate to their professional role and sphere of influence.
