CBC/Radio-Canada seeks to find a reseller of software products and related services. The goods consist of up-to-date and industry-standard software products and licenses. The services include technical support and customer service. Additionally, we expect the software reseller to proactively inform us about any available credits, free or new services, and other advantages offered by software companies that could be beneficial to our organization. The reseller should promptly communicate such opportunities to maximize the value of our software investments. A more detailed description of the Goods/Services covered by the RFIQ is provided in Appendix A1 (SOW & Response Grid).

Les biens consistent en des produits logiciels et des licences à jour et conformes aux normes de l'industrie. Les services comprennent le soutien technique et le service à la clientèle.
