Description

Houselink and Mainstay Community Housing (HLMS) ("Owner"), Toronto’s largest non-profit supportive housing agency currently managing nearly 60 residential locations and more than 1,100 units across the City of Toronto, Ontario, invites Bids for an elevator modernization at 179 Broadview Avenue in Toronto, ON.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 1:00 p.m EST on Friday, February 21, 2025 at 179 Broadview Avenue, Toronto, ON. It is mandatory that Bidders attend the entire meeting. Bidders unable to attend the entire meeting may be disqualified from bidding.
