This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by l’Hôpital Montfort (“HM”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for electrical repairs, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
One mandatory site visit led by representatives of HM will be held at Hôpital Montfort on January 9th, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time

Please enter by the main entrance; a representative will welcome you. That mandatory visit provides proponents with an opportunity to view the project site and become familiar with existing conditions. Please confirm your presence by January 8th, 2025, at 2:00 PM by sending an e-mail at achat@montfort.on.ca

Hôpital Montfort uses an electronic submission portal.
To be considered in the RFQ process, a Respondent’s Quotation must be received by the RFQ Submission Deadline, as set out in Section 1.4 (RFQ Timetable),
All Quotations submitted by the Submission Deadline shall become the property of Hôpital Montfort and will not be returned to the Respondents. Quotations cannot be submitted after the RFQ Submission Deadline. Each Respondent is responsible for ensuring its Quotation is submitted prior to the RFQ closing date and time.
