Description

This package includes the construction of a one-story, non-enclosed, Pre-Engineered building with reinforced masonry walls and electrical components. This package also includes additional concrete pads that are located outside of the building area. This package will be operating on an expedited schedule. The approximate building footprint is 580 square meters. This prequalification is looking for subcontractors to prequalify for the following scopes:

Pre-Engineered structure including metal fabrications
Concrete formwork including concrete supply, concrete finishing, concrete densifying/sealing, thermal insulation and vapour barrier
Concrete reinforcing
Masonry

Bonding capacity for the project is set as follows:
