The Ottawa International Airport Authority (the “Authority”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the operation of a duty-free boutique concession (“Duty-Free Concession”) from two specific concession locations (collectively, “Offered Premises”) located within the post-security area of the Passenger Terminal Building (“PTB”) at Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport (the “Airport”).

The official copy of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and all addenda issued pertaining to this RFP will be ONLY available from the Bonfire public purchasing portal at https://yow.bonfirehub.ca/portal. Bonfire is the official and sole distributor of this RFP and any addenda. If a Proponent obtains this document by means other than through bonfire, the accuracy of the document and receipt of any addenda is the sole responsibility of the Proponent.
