Sandy Lake First Nation (SLFN) is inviting qualified Consulting firms to submit proposals for the Design and Construction Phases for the Expansion and Upgrade to their landfill site, as defined in the Terms of Reference. The project has been broken down into two phases, the Design Phase and the Construction Phase. If the Project Team is satisfied with the Consultant in their performance during the Design Phase of the project, they may be retained to complete the Construction Phase.
