The Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) intends to retain a firm to complete compensation reviews and advice. TSSA’s Compensation Policy is to target total compensation at the median of market comparators, creating a blend from the public and private sectors, utilizing Greater Toronto Area comparators for all non-executive employees and national data for the executive group. Additional information is further outlined in Appendix B: Scope of Work and Requirements Schedule of this RFP.
