This Request for Supplier Qualifications (the “RFSQ”) issued by Simon Fraser University (“SFU”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Coaching and Consulting Services and/or Training and Facilitation Services as further described in Appendix B.
it is SFU’s intention to enter into Standing Offer Agreements (see Appendix F) with multiple legal entities. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of SFU to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional years.
SFU will re-open the RFSQ at least annually to allow pre-qualification of additional vendors. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed around December 2024.

A. Deliverables
Simon Fraser University is seeking:
- Professional coaches to work one-on-one or with groups to advance professional goals and development, and help leaders reach their potential (e.g., facilitate and support leaders to foster self-discovery, clarify and align development goals, elicit coachee-generated solutions and strategies, and foster accountability). Topics may range from enhancing personal effectiveness/accountability, adapting to a new role, addressing a dilemma or challenge, or various leadership topics.
- Consultants with expertise and experience in organization development to work within SFU’s various faculties, departments, and teams. This work could cover, but is not limited to, co-created discovery, analysis, recommended solutions, and interventions conducted collaboratively with the unit(s) engaged and/or broader stakeholders as may be required
- Trainers and workshop facilitators, covering a range of topics to support the learning and development of employees and leaders. This may include previously developed workshops or custom sessions. Workshops vary in their delivery, including half or full-day in-person, online, and hybrid in-person and online sessions; multi-part sessions over a number of days or weeks.
