Description

AIMCo is looking for an advisor or advisory with experience in collaborating with the program team to advise and, deliver NRFPs for specialized integrated technical solutions. The advisor or advisory must have experience in leading, advising and assisting in of the business case creation, contract creation, specific supplier assessments, and negotiation for the final supplier selection process. Key capabilities that are required include:

Defining methodology and processes that supports the procurement process with specialized NRFP development;
Assisting AIMCo to strengthen existing transformation NRFP templates that can be adapted to this situation to include both standard and customized areas to meet AIMCo’s needs;
Enhancing the capabilities of the evaluation templates and design the evaluation rubric that can be customized to allow the elements of the response that AIMCo deems to be important; and
Supporting the development of the contract for large software implementations, system integration support, service operations, maintenance and support and possible managed services.
