Description

OLG is looking for an end-to-end solution to manage all of OLG’s Board of Director activities, including but not limited to the following key characteristics:
1. Materials Access Solution
2. Resource Centre
3.  Annotations functionality
4.  Ability to navigate around site seamlessly between documents
5. Ability to seamlessly access and navigate site from various devices
6.  Survey Administration Analytic
7.  Board Resolutions Votes/Approvals
8. Running meeting(s) and all related Board business from one portal

Additional details of the requirements are outlined in Schedule D to this RFP.

The resulting Final Agreement will be for an initial three-year term, with the option to renew, at OLG’s sole discretion, for an additional two-year term and a further five-year term (to a maximum of 10 years).
