Pomerleau Inc., acting as the Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of the Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is pleased to invite you to bid on the work for the aforementioned Tender Package. Bidders interested in participating in this call for tenders shall be required to obtain all plans and tender documents fromthe Building Connected platform or the MERX Private website, subject to the applicable conditions of the site.

For any bid-related questions, please submit your requests to Chantal Demers, by email tochantal.demers@pomerleau.ca. Please send your questions no later than two (2) days before the tendering deadline.
Site Visit
A mandatory site visit has been scheduled on October 23, 2024, at 8:00 EST at the following location: 100 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario. Please confirm the names and dates of birth of the people attending the site visit by e-mail to Chantal Demers (chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca) before Tuesday October 22nd, 2024 at 15:00 EST. Site visit attendees will require construction PPE (hard had, safety glasses, hi-viz vest, safety boots).
Tenders will be submitted according to the following instructions:
Submission date: Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 12:00 EST
Bids shall only be received from Subcontractors by the Construction Manager electronically via:
• the Building Connected platform;
• Confirm intent to bid TO: bid.ottawa@pomerleau.caandchantal.demers@pomerleau.ca to be added to Building Connected for bid submission
Confirm bid submission TO: bid.ottawa@pomerleau.ca and chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca
• Bids submitted outside of Building Connected will not be considered
